Compassion & Support

Care in crisis & life transition...

The primary place that people find care and support in our church is through relationships. Those connections typically happen through groups and volunteering. If you're looking for additional care or support, here are some opportunities for your unique circumstances.
  • Counseling: Marathon maintains a broad network of professional counseling resources. We are happy to help you find a professional who can meet your specific individual or family needs.
  • Hospitalization: Trained, caring members of our ministry team are available to visit for prayer and encouragement if you, or someone you know, is hospitalized.
  • Preparation for Marriage/Wedding: Premarital classes are offered for any couple considering marriage. You must register to participate. If you're interested in using our facilities or one of our pastors to perform your ceremony,
  • Death/Funerals: In the most difficult times, we want to walk with you. If you have experienced the loss of a family member, please contact us.
