Global Compassion

We are about impacting the lives of people who walk onto our campus, but we’re also fully committed to impacting the communities and the world around us. Part of helping you Love People is by meeting their needs.

Maggie's School is a project of Glory Outreach Assembly, and is located in Lodwar, in the far North-Western part of Kenya.

The school was built by Wink McLeod in memory of her daughter Maggie McLeod, who was killed in a car accident at the age of 19 years. The school was built in the year 2008 for children who had no hope of ever getting an education or even of anyone ever knowing they existed. Now hundreds of children and also adults have hope of learning and a future to look forward to. The school was dedicated in July the same year.

Currently there are 590 children studying at Maggie's school. There's also a program for educating adults, and 42 adults go to Maggie's School to be educated.

Through trips and research Mentor Leaders has gathered the demographics on 29 of the most impoverished and needy villages of Togo, West Africa. These villages are categorized by not having a clean water source, access to medical care, an orphanage or a school. Our mission is to partner with churches, businesses, teams, and individuals who will help us to raise the funds and resources necessary to reach these villages by providing them with clean water through digging wells and building eternal relationships.
